Alan has a wide range of interests, including competing in Ironman races around the world, sports product commercial work and is a keen skier and surfer. These valuable personal attributes serve his professional approach to the business.
With a degree in Business and a Master’s in Politics earned from Aberystwyth University and Utica College, New York, Alan moved into the student property business after working in the Corporate Events and Team-Building industry for several years.
Having been a student myself I feel I know how to best serve the interests of Northampton students. Students no longer expect to live in grimy bedsits, and need comfortable accommodation and a working relationship with their Landlord
David Croissant
After spending many years working in the Information Technology sector, specialising in Project Management for Corporate clients. He left to focus on the business he was building with Alan, and that’s how NorthamptonStudent.com was developed.
David works closely with other teams within the industry and is involved in several national and regional organisations that aim to raise the overall standards of the private rental sector.
