All your bills included in your rent payment

We try to make life as easy for you as possible, so we include bills with your rent payment. In fact, we even include your Internet and TV Licence and unlike some other landlords, we don't make you pay to use your washing machine (yep, we couldn't believe that some landlords charge for this either)

We think it's very importent you know what's included in your rent and it's set out clearly

  • Heating
  • Electricity
  • Water rates
  • Virgin WiFi
  • Freeview TV, TV licence and aerial points in all bedrooms
  • Free to use Washing Machine
  • Council Tax exemption where applicable

Some houses also have the following included in the rent

  • Cleaner every two weeks (Common areas)
  • Free to use Dishwasher
  • Free to use Tumble dryer

Gas and Electricity use is subject to a 'fair use' policy as set out in your contract. For a Council Tax exemption to be applied all tenants of the property must be in full time education.

24 Hour Fault reporting from your Mobile Phone

We have a great little application which means that you can report any non-emergency fault right from your mobile and our maintenance team get informed right away.

No more waiting on emails or making phone calls and having to wait for the landlords - if it needs fixing you can report it night or day.

Looking after your safety

Your safety is very important to us at all times and we don't skimp

Many of our houses have been inspected by Northampton Fire Brigade as well as Northampton Environmental Health to ensure they meet safety requirements. .

All three bedroom houses are fitted with Linked Fire Alarm systems with emergency breakpoints, and our larger properties also include emergency lighting that comes on should the power fail. Added to this we are currently fitting self-closing fire doors on all kitchens in our larger properties. .

Making sure the house stays in tip-top condition

We work with a local Maintenance team who provide 24 Hours Emergency Cover in the event of an emergency and who deal with any issues regarding heating and hot water together with day to day repairs that may become necessary.

We carry out monthly inspections of every property to check the emergency systems (such as smoke detectors and emergency lighting) and to report any maintenance issues directly to ensure your house is kept in great working condition. .
